fwiw, I have send in a few of emails asking stars implementing something like FTP

That being said, I don't think whatever we do would really work. Stars is fully aware of the problem of the HU lobby, but since they really don't care too much about HU games, they probably like it that the HU lobby is fcked with no games running.

Does HU skill transfer to 6 max? The reason I'm asking is I'm a NL50 player, and instead of moving up to NL100 I kind of want to move to NL50 HU. The reason for this is that it seems like HU improves you faster and in more ways, forces you into tough spots. Also, it seems like NL50 and NL100 HU is a goldmine.

If I were to say, stop playing 6max and switch to HU, and lets say I got up to 400NL HU..at that point would I also be able to beat 400 NL 6 max? Or does it not carry over like that.

we have played before, since then you have sat out against me if you want to pretend like you havent go ahead. theres no point in arguing you arent gonna admit it. i dont feel like playing a reg right now but will usually play you. i wont respond to you after this you can make up more stuff to feel better about yourself and i wont contest it.

atm you can beat 50nl hu and maybe even 100nl by being a nit and valuebetting but you are going to have some leaks obv. But if you continue to only play HU and eventually try to play 400nl 6max you will get raped.

Mm...I think you misinterpreted my question.

I mean, if I played NL50 and NL100 HU, had a coach, watched vids, got good, moved through the limits, and eventually got to NL400 HU. Say at that point I wanted to go back to 6max. Would the fact that I'm a reg at NL400HU make me able to beat 400NL 6max(with some coaching to ease the transition)? Or are they different skillsets and I'd have to start over from low limit 6max.

i disagree with this other than in the general sense that the higher the limit the better the average reg is. and if people could make that bumhunting more people would be doing it.

Okay, lets try rephrasing my question a third time. If a person who played NL400 HU and could beat other NL400 regs if they were to play a match, decided to switch over to 6 max, would his skills transition over, or would he have to learn 6 max seperately.

Skills do transfer but not 100%. A person who can beat regs at NL400 HU isn't necessarily going to be able to jump in and beat NL400 6max right away. That being said it isn't like it is going to take them a ton of time to be profitable.

It's pretty trivial for a good HU player to leaern 6-max.

Yes, the pots that get aipf are raked (like on any other site).

I think that at NL400+, you just pay 2x more rake. Because every single raise pot is at leat $16 and more generally $24.
