there should be a rule that if you're playing deep stacked you have to call a buyin 200bb.

I wish....but I forgot I lost 12 flips in a row so I'm actually only down 43ish buyins from playing real pokerz.

I've been there. More than once.
Here's how I got out of it last time:
when I was down to 20bi for 50NL I didnt feel confident in my game so I decided to play 10$ husngs (without a clue). I lost around 40bi in maybe 2 days. So I decided to try 9man sit and gos. I actually spent a lot of time studying ICM and all that ****. I saw these awesome things called superturbos and played a few hundred of the 7$. I lost 60bi (50bi below EV).
At this point I was broke and playing on deposited monies. I was playing the 6max sng doing OK but how am I supposed to build back a roll playing 10$ 6mans if I dont have access to any heroin?

Fortunately I found the solution: donkaments! I went on a heater one weekend and got two decent scores for around 6K. Now I'm doing well and actually running above EV for the first time in 8 months.

You can't count in to yourself? Count your breaths or something if you really are too broke to have a watch and/or clock. Oh wait a minute - you have a clock on the computer you are using...

EDIT: Also a word of warning if you really want to go through with this:

1). It'll be a hassle to have to refer to a 'timer' on every street constantly.
2). You will have to reset it every time you have used it which is annoying.
3). Thinking about timing in this way will just cloud your thought process mid-hand as you'll be too concerned with when to act, rather than what action should be taken.
4). If you are not taking at least 5 seconds to consider all your actions anyway before you make an action, you fail at poker.

lol i play some 2/4 swedish isildur wanna be reg at 1/2 for like 2 hours, he asks me at least 5 times to play a third table, i refuse cause im trying to practice better BR management, etc. long story short he goes up 2 bis early and the second he goes into the red he snapquits both tables and continues to sit his other empties. impressive...
