lol rap. Make lyrics rhyme in spite of the player mentioned not being relevant in the NHL or really hockey in general since '04.

Besides the fact that it doesn't really rhyme, most rappers like to reference people that are currently popular, so you can look back on it in 10 years and kind of laugh about the old reference.

Also for the hardest shot, Macinnis nor Modin were at that all-star game. Federov had a good speed, but he probably didn't have any good competition.

I roll with clever broads
With goals like Federov
Seeking better jobs
instead of running scams like Set It Off
Some aren’t the smartest but they know what they stand for
They don’t let jams disrespect ‘em on the dance floor
And though they never hit College like the Danforth
For damn sure they got each other’s back like a Jansport
Girls in a league of their own like Geena Davis
Nina Simone ladies, Tina Fey chicks
Christina Applegates and Bonita Applebums
That don’t mask and say, ‘nothing’ when you ask what’s wrong
That’s what’s up, they can laugh it up
And they don’t pass the buck
Nothin’s for certain, we all have to trust
Someone
I used to want to find the love of my life
Now I’m tryin’ to live a life of love
It’s not just a husband and wife thing
It’s something that Christ brings
True beauty doesn’t run from the light
Keep shining

Speaking of Federov, I would pay a lot of money for a pair of white air zoom skates.

I have been told I am really good at introductions, from numerous english teachers.

Here is how I would start:

"Yo on the real teach, this book reminded me of one dem jawns where like on youtube you got two animals and they in nature and ****, and they go straight wild and **** each other and some nature dude with a crazy accent be filming it. Crazy stuff, this book was like that, but like on paper.

Anybody seen "127 hours"??

imdb - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1542344/

It's about a guy named Aron Ralston who gets stuck in a canyon for...you guessed it...127 hours. It was semi-depressing, but the story itself is really interesting (esp if you're into anything psychology or outdoors-related) and there is some gorgeous canyon scenery from Utah.

I saw it on starz the other day because it said fleur delacour and martha masters were in it but they only showed up for like 5 minutes.

was alright to have on the tv while doing other things but theres not much action in a movie that is just one guy who cant move

I think I would have chiseled away at the rock for much longer, maybe even try to cut of small pieces depending on the type of knife
02-27-2012 , 10:11 AM
Ya, I had it on in the background and thought it was pretty decent. idk if I'd go to see it though.

Spoiler:

He said during the movie that the knife was a POS basically and that he wished he had a Leatherman with him. Apparently the multi-tool was some freebie that he got along with a $15 flashlight (which was also crappy apparently)

Have not seen the movie and I don't plan to but I am curious about how they did it. Is the majority of the movie flashbacks to his life or actually him trapped?
02-27-2012 , 03:07 PM
I think it's like 75% him stuck under a rock and 25% flashbacks.

It's been a year or two since I watched it, but here's kinda what happens:

He's doing his regular thing and then he's out biking by himself and runs into some girls. After he leaves them, he gets trapped and there are a few flashbacks, but mostly it's him talking into his camera, recording what he thinks are his last words.

I really liked the movie, but that's because I do a lot of outdoors sports, and I've been stuck in some pretty bad situations and can imagine myself being in a similar situation very easily.

i thought the movie sucked, personally

20% pre-stuck
50% stuck
20% flashbacks
5% hallucinations
5% after-stuck
