I just tripped over while stacking wood and ended up falling backwards into a pile of logs, tearing my pyjama trousers and sustaining a painful but hopefully superficial injury to my arse. So initial signs are not promising.

Yes. We have found that Spring time is a better time to sell. So we close on the new house April 1st, only after we put our current house on the market early/mid March when the weather is nicer. They're will be a brief period where we own two houses, but it'll be alright. Luckily, my wife just got a promotion and raise, so we're good, financially.

Golf.. I don't visit enough but it is a respectful forum with very good posters and lots of good info..
SE.. I like the NCAAF threads and some others...
MLB is bad imo... I think the goal of the small but like-mined clique is to shoe away, laugh at or ignore newbs or casual posters - and then complain about the forum being slow....There are good posters, but not enough..

POG has to be the most welcoming forum, imo...
