Having a bunch of possessions packed away in storage during a remodel has made me realize how little I truly need. Some changes of clothes, toiletries, chromebook, phone, my golf clubs, library card and access to food. Probably not much more than that.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

Wn, remind me with the deal on your trip to Paris - when is it, and do you want putting up when you come to Wales?

It's May 16-26. I guess we need to actually decide if we're going to come over there. I'd like to do so. I'm bad at planning :P

in 6 weeks I'm going to a place I've only just looked up on google maps on a plane i've yet to book, staying in accomodation I've yet to book, and giving a presentation I've not yet written about a topic I've not yet researched using materials I've not yet read. I grok being crap a planning.

It'd be great if you came, I can't promise livestock since, err bad planning, but we could put you up, there's probably not much bat left in the water supply and it might have stopped raining by then. I'm not going to say I'll understand it if you choose to forsake the Rhondda valley for the second tier cities like Paris or London or Rome, but I will seek to respect it.

Here's an interesting article describing one of NASA's biggest "What if's":

The audacious rescue plan that might have saved space shuttle Columbia

It's a shame that fate intervened.

i started practicing the prelude one by Rachmanininov. only a few bars, buts its fun to play. it would be near the top of the list of songs id like to know how to play

this one too. its great cause it has all this nostalgic value from classic cartoons, good slow parts, good upbeat parts

I'm tinkering with the idea of a new POG game. It involves essay writing and quick thinking, for those who might fancy a debate with a ruthless, tactical, possibly evil-minded moderator.

Where is a good place for discussion?
