The key to good squats is to take all the weight on your neck. Then you're going to jam your legs down and hyper-extend your ankles, and then shoot back up and lock your knees in place.

When deadlifting, bend at the waist, round your back, and jerk the weight up while grunting to let everyone know how alpha you are. At the top, hyperextend your lower back, then drop the weight and flex in the mirror.

Figuring out my new training regimen. This is what I have so far:

5 AM - Wake up, take morning coffee, cocaine & xanax.
5:15 - pillage the countryside
6:00 - wrestle feral dogs for scrapmeat
6:30 - Coffee, weed, nail a piece of strange
7:00 - Tie a rope around my waist and run up a hill dragging a zamboni
8:00 - Eggs, bacon, refried beans, coffee, weed, cocaine
8:30 - pop a molly and get a massage
10:00 - Squat
12:00 - Eat a chicken, xanax
1 PM - Nap
6:00 - Deadlift
8:00 - Marksmanship, cocaine
8:45 - pullups, raw meat
9:00 - weed, hit the strange in some Gucci flipflops
10:00 ambien, xanax, weed, Adele rubs my feet

Not sure of my macros, trying to fit in more carbs and cocaine.
