meh, if you ignore all context plus any insight into others' points of view then mcavoy's point is good. But if you did that you'd pretty much be some sort of autistic savant.

Funny involves running close to a line, sometimes the line gets crossed. Biggerboat is funny.

Actually I liked it a lot. But I adore puns, the cornier and more obvious the better, so I may not be a great judge. For an off-the-cuff I thought it was fantastic.

So if that was someone's pet, it wasn't their beloved pet, because they allowed it to ROT out there. If you look at the tapeworms/timestamps on the dead cat, its been dead for 16-32 hrs minimum.
Please to be refraining from trolling in the Pub.

I guess you never listened to the story about me losing 6 cats as a kid. I'm dead serious when I talk about cats.

Yup, let's take some species and adapt them to our standards of behavior and breed them for the purposes of our enjoyment. Moreover, let's justify trapping them in our homes or in our backyard to protect them from the outside world because we're the ones who made them lose their survival instinct. In its place, we instilled a dependence to keep them pacified.

We didn't domesticate dogs arbitrarily. They served tangible function and still serve a tangible function.

Apparently according to cue, it's okay to enslave them as long as they must work for us as beasts of burden. It's only when we love them that we diminish their raison d'etre.

I just assumed that you were too smart to actually believe what you're spouting. But if I acted under a misapprehension, by all means elaborate.
