So my first delivery arrived today. Tiiiiiiiilt.
It was the Planet Earth and Firefly blue ray boxes, of course I don't have a player yet.
On the bright side I had forgotten that I also ordered "The Structure of Scientific Revolutions" so I'm gonna read that for now (or reread since I've pretty much read most of it)

edit: April 6th sounds good as long as someone can explain the finer points of modding (namely how do I count votes, balanced v/w/s ranges, pretty sure all of that can be cleared in one PM). I'd have to know if I have a comod or not before we put up the signup thread I suppose since it will dictate nightfall times and thus influence who signs up.

so I had a dream last night involving VR and what must have been a bunch of other poggers because we were all sitting down together live to play a ww game. Except we were doing it at a poker table. We weren't in a casino but in some sort of gymnasium or maybe a warehouse of some sort.

Once we got to the table we weren't playing ww but hold'em, and on the very first hand I was dealt KJo except that the tops of the cards were clearly marked with what the cards were, and I said I wasn't going to play and VR got pissed and basically tried to fight me.

She was surprisingly strong and almost threw me to the ground but didn't. We eventually worked it out and a got a new deck to play with and then that section of the dream ended.

Later on I was at a different poker table sweating a friend of mine and the dealer asked me if I wanted to play so I grabbed a chair and sat down and found a green chip ($25) that was stuck under the rail so that was nice.

The only person I'd like to throw to the ground right now is the person that apparently stole my Phillips 66 credit card and used it to buy their groceries at a gas station. Dustin is safe from me for now.

I'm not hoping for a breakup. We are currently apart more than we are together because of living in different cities, which may change in August.

Edit: And we've talked more in terms of multi-person gatherings like Reno or Vegas, rather than me just going to have lunch with some random guy. (No offense, dustin, I know you're not random.)

So I was doing dishes, had the dishwasher open, turned to do something, turned back around and nearly tripped over the door to the dishwasher.

Which reminded me of something I hadn't thought of in 15 years. The mother of my best friend in first grade in paralyzed from the waist down and confined to a wheel chair after falling backwards over a dishwasher door that was left open.
