I would vote for the team with a cute rabbit.

Haven't you seen the commercials about the Perisian squirrels who ride scooters?

Cute **** sells tix.

I've read that they were and they turned it down. But, if you google enough you'll see conflicting stories. Could be true, could be urban legend.

Actually, I think I remember hearing that. I'm going to assume its true--because I could totally dig the odyssey set to Floyd.

Adaptation
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Being John Malkovich
Confessions of a Dangerous Mind
Synecdoche, NY

Won 1 oscar and nominated for 2 more; 2 for original screenplay and adaptation for adapted screenplay
I didn't notice this until just now. This is an extremely good pick.

So, we make a list of like 25 people, and you go pick someone not on that list

lol

He drafted Moses, you can't go wrong with Moses.

Heston is probably a better pick than a lot of people on that list

I'm not complaining (at all), I'm happy with the pick.

When your pick is on the turn, it seems like forever until you get to pick again.

I am going to expand my studios scope, and take a one man comedy studio.

Spoiler:

Writer/Director/Actor/Producer Mel Brooks

Literally a one man comedy studio that does it all. He wrote/directed/starred in some of the best comedy classics of all time including The Producers, Young Frankenstein, and Blazing Saddles. Later in his career he started a company Brooksfilm to start producing movies. His first idea to **** with people was to say "Mel Brooks presents The Elephant Man" just to **** with people expecting a comedy. He hasn't done much in recent years except for doing some voices for animation, but I think he can be forgiven since he is 84 years old.

Studio So Far:
Walt Disney

Mel Brooks

Cary Grant
Denzel Washington
John Wayne
Henry Fonda
William Wyler
John Huston

yes we spoke about brooks

very solid pick

Damn, Mel Brooks + Jim Carrey would be win. I guess that means my next pick is easy, since you stole one of my choices

Anthony Hopkins

He's a wonderful actor, and gives me a legitimately creepy villain. He has a huge range - from psychotic serial killer, to Roman Emperor - and will be a great foil to guys like DiCaprio and Bogart.

Strangely enough, I just found out that my great-great grandfather was Welsh. I had no idea, until my mom mentioned she found his autobiography when cleaning out her basement

Ah, but are you from the far superior Northern Wales, or are you a dirty Southerner?

I'll let you know after I read the autobiography.
