I really thought/hoped whichever gem was in Loki's scepter would allow the wolves, at least Loki, to switch a player's alliance midgame from village to wolf.

The Thanos role was amazing. Also loved the Starlord powers. The Sif auto collapse of Thor dies seems terrible though imo.

Upon reflection, it is not surprising you froze for the first few days and then had such radically different play from your village games. If I understand correctly from your posts, this was not only the first time you randed wolf, you randed a huge neutral role. I don't I would have performed better than you. Tough spot.

Coming into a game that was basically 2.5 wolves (Monstr, Captain Luffy, & yawn) with insanity an outed wolf, versus 25 or so villagers, was unnerving. It was essentially a Kobayashi Maru.

Apparently it's his "thing" to open-claim his powers for no reason. Unless you think it was his plan from the start to align with the village and ignore the wincon.

Once he's outed he's basically at the village's mercy, so going wolfhunting is as line as any for someone trying to avoid the POE long enough to hit a wincon.

The long-term solution, of course, is to not have neutrals in these games. I can't remember ever reading "the neutral faction made the game so fun!" but i do remember the opposite regularly.

It's a tough spot. I recently subbed in as a wolf while I was on vacation AND traveling and we were in a deep hole. I survived and we won though (BopolisGOAT).

Take a lesson from Capt. Kirk.

Also in this game with the vote manip we had, we could have a wolf as the top wagon and get the 4th wagon lynched.
