If it counts, and I think it does, Phoenicks was a "last minute" addition to the game. Most of the rest of us have known of our participation here for weeks and weeks.

spruce was using really convoluted language to talk about his reads in a way that was really unnatural and difficult to parse. In a recent game on this site as a villager he posted his reads in a very simple and straightforward manner.

When I attacked him on this point he responded by attacking my credibility and somewhat calling me a wolf but then he never followed through on that after I stopped engaging him.

He's also posted things that I'm not sure he would post as a wolf and at times he's shown that he's following along pretty closely and paying good attention, so idk what to do with him.

I would be willing to lynch on this, but it doesn't excite me. I think asherkey is the better option -- I especially don't like his hop from soah over to the leading wagon.

I inclined to agree with this, that vote bothered me as well. But what do you think about everyone having asherkey in their evil reads?

I'm liking Phoenicks's recent contributions to the thread; he's putting ashersky's reads to close scrutiny. He's asking questions to a lot of people too and they're giving me Human vibes.

I'm fine with a ashersky lynch and prefer it over a Gnawazan lynch (I think the fact that he misinterpreted the L-1 situation puts him in a more Human light), but I'm severely disappointed in Kawamii's (lack of) performance.

Well, I changed my vote before the popsquiz, and my vote changed because it wasn't helping.

I voted originally because I didn't like Ike his first post. I remained on him based on our back-and-forth. I changed because it's nearing the end of the day and he isn't going to be lynched today.

The way popsquizzes work at f.ds is to give a realistic accounting of your reads as it relates to lynchability, not just how you feel about them.

There are better cases out there today and 34 minutes left..

That's kind of a stickling point -- but I have a lot of town reads and the other options I've thought about (you, spruce, gnaw) don't seem as attractive for various reasons.* Since there's a not a lot to go on today I feel comfy voting someone I have a scumread on, even if everyone else does.

*(Long form: I liked your response to my questions, which made up for the vote weirdness I thought I was seeing. Spruce is in an odd place and I don't see him posting like everyone else, but none of the cases are great enough on him where I'd sheep. Something similar for Gnawazan, except with hindsight I can kind of sympathesize for why he'd vote me yesterday.)

You misspelled my name so I don't think that vote will count.

It's 32 minutes to deadline. Of course I'm going to change my vote to be useful. You know who leaves votes on odd players at day's end? Players who don't want to be accountable or part of wagon analysis.

I guess part of this comes from a majority lynch player mindset (that's the only rule set we use at f.ds), but I still believe it applies.

It will always look back when one wagoned player joins another wagon. I think you are experienced enough to realize that it isn't indicative of player alignment. All players want to survive, regardless.

Thanks, but that's pretty underwhelming. Sure, he didn't explain himself as town that one time, but there's nothing really wrong with the explanation he gave this time. Am I missing some context -- I see in the other game he was coming in at post #411, whereas this time it's much earlier. Without digging I don't see anything there.

I had one typed out and ready to post in another window and lost it. It would probably be too boastful for me to foster, especially since that meme about me has recently been debated on my home site, but I don't usually make direct, willful lies in a game. soah has already said different here, and my home site has stepped back from that meme a bit. Basically if you're careful with how a question is asked, I'm very reticent about lying. Ask me rightly whether or not I'm Scum, and I'll usually tell you out right if Town and hedge somewhat if Scum.
