I heard about a couple who won the million dollar jackpot on the diamond millions and they had spent it all on coke in less than a year.

Playing the inside on roulette is some of the worst odds you can find, I'm not surprised. The worst soul crushing I've ever done as a dealer is on the roulette table.

Chips covering virtually everything on the board BOOM 3 RED have a nice night

She bought a house and told everyone she learned her lesson the first time, there would be no frivolous spending. Buuut she was broke not long after. She bought her parents a vehicle each, as well as a ton of renovations with the second jackpot. From what I hear, that's all anybody had to show for from those two wins. A Range Rover, a mom-mobile and some house reno's for her parents. The rest went right back to the lottery

I was young when I heard the story and thought it was too crazy to be true. It was before I found out lottery winners go broke the majority of the time. So ****ing sick.

Wrote this on my iPad and too lazy to fix some things
how, exactly, can you spend lottery winnings on more lottery tickets? the purpose of playing the lottery is to win the lottery. once you've won, that's the goal lol. it's like hiking to the top of mount everest facing almost insurmountable odds, getting there, then saying "screw it, let's go back to the bottom right now and do it again"

I've seen it time and time again.

The worst I've heard is a guy won a million + on a progressive machine and proceeded to spend it all back trying to win the jackpot again ON THE SAME MACHINE.

AND FOR LESS MONEY THAN HE WON.

So since he got a annuity payment for the jackpot,he sold it to a company for a lump sum, taking a massive loss, like 80%,plus taxes.

And he lost it in about a month at said machine.

Do you know why they call it the devils game/devil wheel etc?

If you add up all the numbers on the layout they add up to 666

Stop showing up. Make up BS lazy excuses, like you got drunk or you were gambling. They may fire you and give you 2-weeks notice pay. If your original intentions get caught they will probably not pay you for the missed time after (and fire you anyways) but now that you are settled at your new job, no worries.

And if your new job sucks you can always go back to your old job after the "vacation / sick time" you took off.

Now I need some advice from degenerates:

There is this girl that I have a crush on. I met her last summer when she joined my group of friends for a road trip to New York. We got along well but I didn't make any moves. Partly because I wasn't *that* into her. Well now we are getting along fine (on fb). She lives in a different town and I will be there next weekend to meet up with some friends for a festival.

I just found out she is getting married next year. So the question is, will a girl in her spot be more likely to go for a fvckfest with a "friend" that she is attracted to, knowing that she will be stuck with the same dude for the rest of her life soon enough? Will she be able to justify cheating on her future husband? I don't have the details on whether she's engaged or not. A lot of girls get set up for marriage when the time comes. Maybe it's an old friend. My question revolves around female psychology.
you asking for relationship advice in one of the doucheist spots possible is the perfect example of why people have such a bad image of young poker players.

you really asking is it OK to have sex with a girl in a relationship? Are you a ****ing loser who cant find a single girl anywhere else?

Dont you win like 200/hour playing 3/5? GO FIND A SINGLE GIRL

One time I wrote a bad check to myself (one bank account to the other) for the full no-hold amount, which was $1000, withdrew the daily limit of $500 at 11:55 PM. And then another $500 at 12:05 AM. Took the money to the 2/5 NL.

Won $1000. Lost it back plus another $500. I am down to my last $500 with a $1k check that's about to bounce. It was a Saturday so the NSF wasn't gonna hit unless there was really insufficient funds on the Monday "snap shot period".

Reshoved $400 all in on the straddle with 9-9 over a UTG raise to $50 and three callers. Original raiser snap folds. Two people call and one player flips over 7-7. Super. I ask the other guy if he has a pear. He says no. Board runs out KTxxQ. "I missed" he says. Lol wat? Best sounding "I missed" ever! I triple up. Now I'm up about $300 with the thousand covered and never looked back. Stayed at the table until I had a 2K stack, rat-holed, came back with 500, and before I know it, I am counting thirty-six one hundred dollar bills in my car. I feel like I committed a crime and got away with it.. A very VERY genius crime. Like, with explosions in the background and everything. Insta depositted the $1K from account the check was drawn from.

And to the person above me, sand in vagina much? If you were open to reality you would know that nearly EVERYBODY cheats or get cheated on at some point in time. Once someone opens up to you and tells you stories, you then realize how much goes around without other people knowing it.

I heard stories from another aunt (one who wasn't related to the cousin) about how insane she was.

She would literally spend $3,000 to $5,000 at a time on scratch offs and lottery tickets of all kinds.. And maybe win a few hundred back that day. The next day however, she'd spend another three to five grand and this time hit a "jackpot' of $500.

Now in her mind, it didn't matter how much she spent the days prior to that $500 win, she was now up $500. She won that $500, she earned that $500. The thousands of dollars she spent winning it was all background noise. She was now up again, after all!

****ing sickening.

Forgot to mention, she'd also save up all of her big wins before cashing them in. So she'd have like twenty tickets with wins ranging from $300 all the way up to $5,000.

I guess that way she thought she was tricking people into thinking she was actually winning?

wow. the lottery really is the worst possible game ever then huh? if you can win thousands, tens of thousands, or even millions and just put it directly back into the lottery then it's even worse than roulette or bj or whatever since at least it's super clear you're "being entertained" by a private establishment.

with the lottery it's just going to a store and being taken advantage of. i always thought the mindset of lottery "addicts" was "ooo, i'm gunna win big and never have to work or play the lottery again" rather than "ooo, i'm gunna play the lottery forever and ever" lol

Such a terrible movie. Best part was some lady in the back of the theatre that was sweating him so hard that she'd scream OH MY GOD when he lost a big hand/spin.

If your going to blow your winnings, rather it be on sex and drugs, then gamble it all back.

Hardest part would be when you cant afford something then it hits you how ******ed you have been.
