Colin,

when I visited NZ back in the day, no matter how small the town we entered, there was soon a sign pointing to the next chiropractor to be found. Also, I read in a travel guide that Kiwis usually build their own houses, and everything else would be considered to be lame.

1. Are you going to build your own house?

2. Are there so many chiropractors in NZ because people develop back pains from all the heavy lifting they do while building their own house?

3. Is this part of a larger theme of Kiwis hurting themselves a lot while DIYing?

You dont need to go to NZ Morph, that's how we do it in countryside Bavaria. If you don't build your own house, prepare to be laughed at your whole life. Part of the reason I'm out of country currently, I guess. Don't think you are a respected member of society just cause you got some nice water view crib, wear a rolex and drive a lambo to the supermarket like here in HK. Thanks Morph. Happy Sheepdays. Talking about DIY, what do you think of my mad cooking skillz? They have improved a lot during the shutdown. Since I have learned how to do these chips my potato consumption has increased like 1000% here. All selfmade out of raw ingredients. Feel free to critique Sammy-style. Awaiting first Michelin star any minute

Did you fry them in pork fat harvested from pigs you raised yourself since they were little piglets? That's how we do it where I'm from. If you don't fry your fries in your own selfmade pork fat, prepare to be laughed at your whole life.

That's beef but you can do it similarly with mixed mince or pure pork. Also the potatoes are not fried, they are cooked briefly in water with some vinegar, dried and put into the baking oven. With sunflower oil but you could use pig fat I suppose. I wish I could do a proper Bavarian roast pork but that"s so much work and not that easy apparently. I tried twice but whatever, it needs improvement, let's put it like that
