exactly if you are busto you shouldn't be playing 1/2 online. Do you know to play 1/2 "properly" only to account for variance you should have around 5000 BB's which seems to be more $ than you have ever had/will have access to soon. Take this into consideration before you start thinking you're going to pull a "Portugese poker prodigy" and run up a milly

Hes going to have to move up to where they respect his shortstack shoves which might be kind of difficult with no bankroll

I can't believe you've been in this situation for 2-3 years without making any payments on the credit card and overdraft, jesus dude you've got some degen in you that's for sure. But anyway in reality it's only 4k total, and if you call the credit card and bank you will be able to negotiate the debts down to a much lower amount especially if the amounts owed include a loft of soft money like late fees ect. As much as it sucks if you have any family members with money you should definitely see if they can help you out here and write out a contract to loan you the money to pay the debts off completely right now as they're already taking you to court, and if you catch up with them now you'll end up having to pay a lot less in the end given that they'll settle out of court for a fraction, like 60%, of what you owe.

So you are stubborn, unwilling to adjust, and irresponsible with your money. What makes you think you even have a remote shot at becoming a successful poker player?
