I make $8.75/hr at my job, FML.
Ok Im gonna try to answer you seriously instead of just talk **** like most everyone else lol

First off, just kinda put the credit card bill aside or out of your mind for now. Them "suing" you just means they sent it to collections right? In my darkest days I had some credit card debt but to actually be "sued" and have to go to court I dont really think is the case, seems like collection letters and annoying phone calls. My point is, that becomes last on your short list, just put it out of your mind until you clear up some other stuff first.

The bank account thing you need to address asap. Im not sure if its already happened or not but if you mess up your banking status bad enough they can make it where you cant have any bank accounts lfor like 3 or 5 years and, trust me, that messes up a lot in your life. Contact the bank, arrange a payment plan, and make it one that you can actually fulfill instead of one you think they'll like or will pay them off faster. $20/month paid on time each month looks WAYYYY better than $200/month paid for two months than stiffed. The bank account issue can mess you up for a long time in life so you definitey need to address this issue first.

Heres where you'll have to fill me in but the warrant in Pennsylvani you can only get arrested for in Penn or can you get hooked up for that in Vegas? Are you in Vegas? Lemme know and I'll give you my opinion on that

Then onto the poker. Are you a winning player? Although with no bankroll going to play cards in your situation was a bad enough idea if you are a winner, if youre not then it was just turrrible. Youre probably gonna have to give up on live cards for a while to save up $ to bail yourself out. Maybe find some $20 home games you can buy into to win some food $ to put all your wages towards these debts.

If youre serious about fixing your situation PM me. I was in FAR worse shape than you at one point and I got thru it

Listen bro you have to try and get a good price for your A.S.S. Before you tell me you not ghey, what would you rather, being paid for taking a mans cain in the anus and getting back in action. Or taking a mans cain in the anus in jail for no reason other than the dude was horny.

You decide

Ignore the haters and look at the bottom line: you owe something like $4k total.

This is not a lot of money. Get a second job, stop playing cards, stop doing other stupid things, contact the bank and get the fine paid ASAP, even if it means grovelling for a loan from a family member. You'll feel a whole lot better once you get things straight, which you can do in a couple of months tops if you apply yourself.

No need to do anything drastic.

So you had $1500 and instead of clearing $1000 of your bank debt plus your fine for disorderly conduct, you decided to piss it away gambling?

You deserve this.

Move up from $1/$2 to $5/$10 - your raises will be respected and your debts will be repaid.

Yes i live in vegas, im not sure about the laws here regarding out of state warrants, they might be able to arrest me but they probobly wouldnt be able to hold me and i doubt pennsylvania would extradite me over a 400 dollar ticket.

I work for a fire protection company here in vegas that a family member owns, yes 8.75 an hour blows and people dont know why i would want to play poker for a living? Im 23 i have been playing poker since i was 19, played primarily online cash games where i lost around 4k over a couple years. Last year i was a winning player at 1/2 but instead of building a roll i spent most of my winnings and could never move up. This year i won 2 sessions in jan for around 600 dollars and since then ive been losing. My goal is to build a roll and be able to move up to 2/5 by the fall and get all my debts paid.
