just assumed would be the same for a monitor...i'd say if u do put the top of the screen at your eyes to make sure to tilt the monitor though...either way gary's is way to low

The way sleep cycles work I almost don't think it even matters that he didn't sleep, as long as he doesn't let it discourage him

It just means he'll experience the sleepiness earlier in his session rather than later, then get his second wind during the last half but feel a little more physical exhaustion during that

(I've stayed up for days before and I actually only felt sleepy during the times of day when I would've normally been asleep. The rest of the time I just felt extra physical exhaustion)
