It looks fishy but at least he shoved on OP and not vice versa. Calling off on T7 is more more fishy. My only thought is that there is no way he'd know what OP had even if he was chipdumping. Time was never called and there's no way OP could have tipped him that he had QQ in that short of time.

Uhm, also, guys, maybe I'm out leveling myself, and I have no money on this bet either way, but if people were going to chip dump, 4 bet folding seems better than getting it an with ATC, since there's 100% chance Gary wins if dumper folds and still some chance Gary loses if they play the hand out.

The sick part is, even if he was dumping, he turned 8 outs.

I have serious doubts about chip dumping. Its the worse possible way to chip dump, much better to 4b/fold or double barrel c/f river a few times. Also how do they arrange it?

If they wanted to chip dump, you'd think they'd do it in a way which was less obvious and the cards wouldn't get exposed. At least if they were smart about it.

There's no way that was a chip dump. It happened way too fast and breeezzz was on other tables. Looks like he put his whole roll at 1/2 and didn't have any to reload.

so ur a better judge adn escrow for this?

The guy was playing 100NL HU afterewards.

btw, he's a solid beginner player, and I've talked to him some on msn since like a year ago. He played like 25NL and 180s. IDK wtf he was doing there...

I think if they were gonna chip dump they'd do it way earlier in the match and not the end, right? when everyone is watching.

wowwww, 19 hands lifetime at 200nl, a 10nl grinder.. comes up and loses a buyin specifically to militia with T7o? I'd hate to be the judge if he's only up $150 at the end of the bet, but it looks REALLY fishy of breeezzz.

I was saying, can't the bettors argue that even if he's up 200+ he could have been chip dumped at another time? That makes is sort of impossible doesn't it?

also, idk why anyone would want to be judge for something like this with no incentive.

250 hands left, I think he can just fold every hand and win if he wanted.

What's a guesstimate on his rakeback for 30k hands?

Pretty sure being a judge means receiving all of his hand histories for database review.

Yeah, but 30k is a lot of hands. Why would anyone do that?

30k hands isn't that much when you only have to look at pots where gary won/lost money. And I can further narrow that down by pots where he won/lost more than $x

Here's a hypothetical, let's say he's up 1k after the alleged chip dump of 1 BIs. He can still lose the entire bet if it's decided it looks too suspicious right?

Does it depend on when the dump was made, when he was up or down, or what? idk how you can even decide that stuff.

I'd be happy to help judge if there are hands in dispute. I know absolutely nobody involved. I've been a lawyer for 12 years and I've mediated a few cases. If you need a third judge or someone impartial let me know.

whoever is judging can u please find out why a guy who talks about his variance at $25 NL is playing two orbits and magically shoving T7o here then instasitting out?

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/32.../#post15103146

his biggest pot in his life was $93 and looking at PTR he seems to be on the tight passive side.

just seems strange that he comes in guns blazing with T7

He was playing on other tables with less than full stack. It seems that he sat out because he ran out of money... he moved to 100NL afterwards, played for a bit, then quit.

edit: PTR isn't showing it though, but I was watching him reraise/folding to another player and then call down with some weak hand with a 60bb stack and losing.
