That's a very interesting fight. Chisora has a great chin and judging by Wilder's opponents he might be confused when Chisora doesn't go down the first time he hits him.

Just scored tickets for Mickey Garcia v. Juan Manuel Lopez on June 15th in Dallas.

It's going to be an HBO event so hopefully it's fun.

but i've broken down and plan to get showtime this week. when their fighters have a ppv, do they air the fights the following saturday on showtime at least?

Chisora Wilder is very interesting, I don't think Chisora is falling over in 3 and Wilder's pure boxing skills don't impress me all that much.

Also Floyd said his hand is fine and he'll fight in September. Nice to see him more regularly, hopefully he chooses a good opponent.

If the PPV numbers are as disappointing as they are rumoured to be I can't see his next opponent being Lamont Peterson, Lucas Matthysse or Devon Alexander because they will be just as unappealing to the American public as Robert Guerrero was.

Amir Khan is underserving but it would sell very well in the UK. A fight against Victor Ortiz would also be a mismatch but he is on Strictly Come Dancing which is a good thing I suppose. After Danny Garcia's performance against Zab Judah I don't think any hardcore boxing fans would be too excited about him in getting in the ring with Mayweather but I guess he is more marketable than Guerrero (he also has an annoying dad).

I hope he either fights Canelo or Broner (assuming he beats Malignaggi), but I think the most likely is Danny Garcia.

So Pacquiaos team has demanded USADA testing for his fight with Rios.

broner/malignaggi fight is late in june (i think the 22nd) less than 3 months would be a pretty quick turn around to fight mayweather.

isnt broner going to be a pretty decent fave over malignaggi?

they've had a very queerish battle on twitter last cpl weeks. if this is how they plan to promote the fight, i feel sorry for broners future ppv career. its just pathetic.

Don't get your hopes up for a Sept showdown with Alvarez. Mayweather is smart enough to know that the maximum profit will be made if they fight next Cinco de Mayo. Almost no chance it happens sept. Cotto will fight Alvarez in the meanwhile.

just a FYI, fighthype is basically the biggest fans of Floyd's nutsack. The writer "Ben" is a personal friend of Floyds.

I wont be surprised if it's reported at 1+ million, but i seriously doubt it will be true. There was almost no marketing behind this fight and all access did horrible numbers.

That's funny, where did you read that?. USADA have caught no one cheating yet I think, from what I've read it is a bit of a joke. There were stories about how Mayweather could basically choose when and what he was tested for. VADA is where it's at apparently.

I seem to remember Floyd and 50 cent having a pretty close relationship at one time too. If there's enough money on the table it can happen. Although the audience might struggle to tell which one is which.
