zzzzzzz

Actually think Taylor is probably good value at Evs to win the World's next month.

Am going to pin my hopes on Lewis to stop him though, think sets format suits him.

Yeah given form seems actually a good bet. In long format I don't see anyone beating him unless they play as well as Adrian did today for example. Even then might lose, like he did today...

idk, he'd play wright in the last 16 who clearly has the game to beat him in best of 7 sets. barney potentially in the quarters. enough first round banana skins are out there. that said mvg could have rounds 3/4 against anderson/chizzy and adie could have king/lolwade before they meet each other

Not sure I understand, why would that be? What is his record vs Phil?

he's only played one match in recent history, the uk open semi. set play is ultra high variance, it'd only be best of 4 sets, the same distance where he was 2-0 up over MvGOAT last year. and wright's been playing a LOT better since then. i'm not saying he would, but to say he'd be without a shot is LOL

I'm just wondering why you are singling him out as as a potential banana skin over others? Of course people can beat Phil, probably at least 10-12 players could but he will still win the World half the time at least no?

because i'm looking at the seedings and right now he'd play phil in round 3. i could say chizzy could, as he's done so before, but as he's on the other half of the draw it's moot. and i also think he's probably the player you'd least like to face outside of the top 8. other than barney, who's also conveniently in phil's quarter.

lol taking every last bit of Taylor's acting ability to play the gracious loser right now. Doesn't want one bit of MVG's banter.
