If heat beat the Celtics there will be an unprecedented amount of salt from bahston fans getting clowned on as huge favs against 8th seeded Florida teams.
losing to Panthers isn't so embarrassing I think they are now thinking. No doubt hurts after the season B's had. I won't take the bait on C's...those mf'ers...
yeah that trade might be good for 1 season but i certainly wouldn't want to be giving a 30yo huberdeau a $80m/8 type extension, let alone whatever weegar wants, if he's at all interested in staying
flams just gonna keep being mediocre until they suck again, uh2ci

they'll be long shots this year, then probably take too long to pull the trigger on the next rebuild, uh2ci

who's he even gonna be passing to? lindholm? mangiapane? toffoli? yeah, you ain't winning ****
ok you're the ~8th best team and have ~5% cup equity for a couple years? cool, glgl
2023 they'll probably have less equity than in 2022 when they lost in 5 to the loilers, and worse in every subsequent year until they rebuild. treliving doesn't seem good enough at his job to get them out of this slide. it'd be very sad if i didn't dislike the flames
I can't find the penalty call with a minute left. Legit penalty? Looking at replay I thought goalie interference, guess not. I'm ready for Panthers/Knights final to start immediately.
It was a full 200 feet away from own goal, vs "best penalty killer" Staal. He did get his stick between legs. Was inadvertent but that ofc no matter, and idk seemed both bit soft yet legit call. iirc, Forsling did have puck at least right before trip, went down, did look like he wasn't faking. Tough call given 0:57 and against boards behind net in the offending teams offensive zone, but stick clearly between legs. (which was the goalie interference argument, seemed like stick was retracted early enough there, I think good decisions on both Staal and interference)
