I have an idea for a graphic I would like to see along with the scoreboard.

Beside the team, you put 5 coloured boxes, a line of 3 and a line 2. Each offensive line is a different colour and each defensive line is a different colour. Let's say 1st line is green, 2nd line is yellow, 3rd line is red, 4th line, what else is there, fuchsia?

So each one of those boxes represents a specific player, use the same colour for the player for the whole game, so on the power play you can see how much of each line is on the ice, and you can guess which player it is, and if they mix lines at the end of the game, you can see that. And you can see when mixed lines are on the ice during line changes.

Why? Because I think if you keep track of which defensive pair is on the ice, it gives you a different understanding of the game.

Maybe the offensive players are squares and the defencemen are circles?

there was a time was i was one of the best nhl dfs fantasy players for a few years - this resource was an essential part of my prep

edge now gone, biggest reason was dumb money has fled to single game parlays so player pool has shrunk dramatically, especially for the recs, and those who were good but not great eventually figured out the little things that i was lucky enough to have discovered sooner

vgk just continues to pay out $$$ to worthless players. seriously, anaheim & san jose are better than vgk and they are without the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ contracts.

fwiw dudes in the know keep fighting the good fight for your birthright teams and G/L...and I'm out back to the forest.

This will be of interest to no one, but I just found out I used to work in a building that was built on the land where a hockey arena once stood where The Winnipeg Victorias and The Kenora Thistles both won the Stanley Cup.

You would never guess, it doesn't even seem big enough.

Brutal NHL schedule this week.

NHL schedule masters really failed on a few occasions so far this year.

Well on the bright side they are third worst in the league at Goals against . Leafs and Vancouver worse
As much as they need a change in net with that defense no goalie will save them
Watching last night they can’t win any battles one on one against the boards

Yeah. This year they've got a guy who was an honest to God 2nd rounder in the NHL draft (NYR 2015), but hovering just under a PPG. The level of play must've risen significantly, ten years ago I remember two guys who didn't even make it to Major Junior ripping it up to the tune of 2PPG. Fun times.

New goalie not going to solve the defensive issue . Skinner got yanked against Dallas but no one was stopping 3 of those goals .

Management has known for years they needed an upgrade in net and done nothing While Colorado two new goalies

Stars gonna need to figure out how to pay Jason Robertson.

Knock on him is he disappears in the playoffs, but he's a huge part of what gets them there. Think that's more small sample size/playoff variance.
