all you need to know are the first two autocompletes

had a 9 game lead for the wild card spot with a month to go and somehow didn't make the playoffs - easily the biggest collapse in baseball's modern era

manager was fired

was later revealed that nobody seemed to care as they all took making the playoffs for granted and the clubhouse was a big chicken, beer and video games center that final month

congrats! the last week or so must have been torture as a fan.

the montreal players must be relieved that they can now play with house money as a big playoff underdog instead of pressure to make the playoffs this last week.
