You can't trade for Lebron since the town would immediately turn against your team. You would already have to have a city to move the team to lined up.

2nd round picks get paid one half (or less) of what Lance Moore will (would) get if you signed him. The Saints have a right to match- so if you get Moore to agree to a really good deal for you then the Saints match and you wasted your time. Where's the upside? Best case scenario is you get Moore, but not at a great price and give up a 2nd rounder.
