You can't be in the conference finals/finals getting worked up about every play, living and dying with every basket and call. That **** bleeds into your team. You need a calming presence so that your players trust the process. For such a studly team as MIA, they check out more than any great team I can think of.
Agree with what you say about this team being better off with those coaches. Most teams would love one of them over their current coach.
The Heat could possibly win a ring with Spo, but it would be much easier (and likely result in more rings) with a better coach.
