Spo continues to let Rondo's defender play off of him, which is ******ed. Not just for shooting purposes, but rondo's been able to see everything and pass wherever he wants too.

I don't think Spo is a "bad" coach. I actually thought he handled the Wade-centric teams pretty well. And he generally knows his ****. But he is not fit for this stage. The Heat need a Doc/Jackson/Riley/Pop type who manages personalities more than anything.

You can't be in the conference finals/finals getting worked up about every play, living and dying with every basket and call. That **** bleeds into your team. You need a calming presence so that your players trust the process. For such a studly team as MIA, they check out more than any great team I can think of.

i think clark calls it a point B coach (Doug Collins is a good example). Spo can take you to point B. You need one of the point A guys with this squad.

Disagree, you don't want your players getting too comfortable, saw what happened with the Spurs tanking a playoff game last night. At least Coach Spo keeps everybody on their toes and still fighting. Same w/ Vinny and the LAC's historic comeback.

Coaches you mentioned are better because they are much smarter, but a genius with fire would be unstoppable.
