they are both just healthy and feeling fine. contract year has very little to do with it imo they got paid already and they didnt blow a quarter of a billion or w/e. they are competitors like kobe man they give what they got and want to win.

don't think the whole contract year thing really applies to 36 y/o's who have already made $300M in their career

I'm willing to bet KG resigns with Boston for less than market value. This isn't about a contract year.

People keep saying that about Timmy, but I don't really see it. He's had a better year than last year, but not by much. He was a disaster in the '11 playoffs, but he was going up against the biggest front line in basketball with Z-Bo truly playing MVP caliber ball. This playoffs, he's been good, but his past two games have been a disaster, and really the first game of the OKC series he wasn't anything special.

Basically, nothing Timmy is doing is making me go "wow I thought he was dead." Cuz he never looked dead, really.

KG has been better on both ends, imo, and he's taken it to a whole other level post all-star break. SA can survive a bad Timmy game. The stars really need to align for Boston to survive a bad KG game.
