Spo continues to let Rondo's defender play off of him, which is ******ed. Not just for shooting purposes, but rondo's been able to see everything and pass wherever he wants too.

I don't think Spo is a "bad" coach. I actually thought he handled the Wade-centric teams pretty well. And he generally knows his ****. But he is not fit for this stage. The Heat need a Doc/Jackson/Riley/Pop type who manages personalities more than anything.

You can't be in the conference finals/finals getting worked up about every play, living and dying with every basket and call. That **** bleeds into your team. You need a calming presence so that your players trust the process. For such a studly team as MIA, they check out more than any great team I can think of.

i think clark calls it a point B coach (Doug Collins is a good example). Spo can take you to point B. You need one of the point A guys with this squad.

Agree with what you say about this team being better off with those coaches. Most teams would love one of them over their current coach.

The Heat could possibly win a ring with Spo, but it would be much easier (and likely result in more rings) with a better coach.
