I'd believe almost anything at this point but asking Cormier to limp around in public seems extreme. Losing one of their most marketable main event matches on an earlier stand alone ppv just to add to 200 because it's a round number seems like bad math to me also. I'm wrong enough not to trust my hot takes, but does not compute.

I thought it was 1 mill McGregor 500k Diaz. 8 mill seems way too much.

The whole McGregor thing right now is so stupid. Basically his losses mean nothing but winning propels him to the top of any division he wants to have a title fight in.
