Walker and Gomez playing CB either side of money can't buy you Stones.
------------------
The GOAT not playing for the Argies. Game's being played at The Etihad so I'm guessing a lot of people bought a ticket just to watch him.

If only there were more centre backs from top four teams he could've included so that we weren't forced to play four full backs in the team.
03-23-2018 , 03:55 PM
Lol how many injuries can at pick up in the first ten minutes?

03-23-2018 , 04:53 PM
He's been short of fitness and looked disinterested all season. Shame we didn't sell him last summer, as I don't think we'll have any takers this time around.

Dangerous bringing on Welbecky for more than twenty minutes and then using one of your two remaining subs minutes later, guess Southgate wants to practice 10v11 when the inevitable happens

Seriously though, could we have just left Henderson in the dressing room at half time and got some practice 10v11 for half an hour, then freed Hart as an outfield sub to confuse and troll?
03-23-2018 , 05:33 PM
pickford very obviously not in full control during any of his various skirmishes and adventures with ball at feet
03-23-2018 , 05:38 PM
Off to a riproaring start under Mcleish 2.0

0-1 v Costa Rica
03-23-2018 , 05:42 PM
still kinda shocking to see holland be so ****. guess should be used to it by now
03-23-2018 , 08:13 PM
Costa Rica are good

So .. Usain Bolt professional football player ...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/43519990

I'd snap take him at WBA at 100k/week. (Ffs - he can't be less use than Sturridge who is costing that much - even assuming he keeps all the money from shirt sales.)

Would you want him at your club for (a) rest of this season, (b) next 18 months?

How high up the league would he go?

Interested in the views of everyone, tbh.

Langering this after his MoM performance.

bolt might be useful in league one maybe.

Yeah I'm hoping Man Utd sign him so we can all enjoy Mourinho's Ali Dia moment.

Becks one is a bit weird, he was a great player but his profile both simultaneously has him as the greatest player ever and joke of a player whose way over rated.

Is he the most successful player ever in terms of commercially? Possibly of any sport? That may be speaking for my arse as I have no clue but there can't be many sports men in his league - Roger Federer perhaps? Probably some random yank I've never heard of.

Aguero is better.

How about Captain Leader Legend vs Rio?

I'm thinking that this is going to be similar to the Scholes v Starfish/Fat Frank debates where every man and his dog has Scholes better apart from the English because of their style.

Starfish or Fat Frank?

Starfish for me.

I'm surprised Barca didn't go for Eriksen to be honest. Would seem a better fit.

Costa Rica are a pretty good side but still pretty disappointing.

Imagine a faster Walcott but with a lot less skill and decision making, actually just less skill and you have Bolt.

KW, that's great, no other biters. My £50 to your £25, QTB
