Was a decision between a couple of centre mids, someone with less sample size and did better elsewhere, or Thierry Henry. I'll get myself a scorepoint machine - 175 goals in eight seasons, setting up nearly half as many again, with a peak that saw him be top scorer 4 out of 5 seasons, twice player of the year and twice runner up in the world player of the year (to Zidane and peak Ronaldinho). Think there's probably 4-5 players that could easily go #1, but having an elite striker's going to be important, and there's nobody that played at Henry's level for as long as he did. He can also rustle an entire country's jimmies

make sure you discuss it with him a little id say, no need to cause friction this early

there's no clock first round, so it's up to you, generally the idea of co-owners is to keep things moving and it'd be hard to go hugely wrong by picking here. would just be a minor irritant if we need to wait until australia time for another pick (although if RT's not online then it's not holding things up)

Damn I so wanted Thierry. Wise choice sir probably the GOAT pl one on one finisher. A great goal scorer as well as a scorer of great goals.
