Ok everyone....

It appears my software MAY be functional on XP, Vista, 7.

A few notes, please install for 'just me' and not all users. I will fix this problem eventually....

Let me know if there any problems.

Thanks!

Thanks for the support! Eventually I will probably add a link on my website where users can 'support this cause' I will try to keep my software free for as long as possible, and possibly keep some of the popular features like table highlighting free forever through a 'lite' version of my application. My goal is to provide the best features at the lowest price, and if / when I do decide to charge for my program it will be a very low fee, around a couple bucks per month and service could be cancelled at any time.

If I add a 'support' link, I will make it so any contributions will be applied directly to a user's account. Then if afterwards I decide to make the software a subscription based service, any contributions would automatically be applied (like I said, a very low monthly / yearly fee)

All of this is many months down the road, in the process I'll be rolling out many many features for everyone to try out. When all is done, I will be using my software to hopefully make a nice side income by actually playing poker.

Nice work dashortstack.

Any chance you could change the increment bet by small blinds instead of big blinds? Also, an auto timebank feature would be nice.

Thanks.

auto time bank MIGHT already be working (i had put it in, who knows if it broke or not)

i'll see what i can work up for the increase / decrease bet feature. Look for a lot of improvements on the user interface for the shortcuts soon (bet pot button, etc.), all of that stuff is fairly new.

Oh cool. It does work, I just didn't see it listed anywhere in your sw, so assumed you didn't have it.

Quick bug reports on play money tables. (I'm on XP)

-Highlighting remained on even when unchecked.

-Inability to use shortcuts when highlighting is unchecked. (maybe you have it this way on purpose though)

-Not sure it happened every time, but clicking on table with action caused me to minraise. I was clicking in the middle of the table nowhere near the action buttons fwiw.

read the user guide, I think this might solve most of your issues. Red border is not a highlighted table, simply the current table to receive user input. To understand how all the features work together you should really test it out on 6-10 play money tables.

the tabbing features are critical. When you select a table manually (by using the mouse or using ctrl+tab) the software will keep that table as active indefinitely. You must use tab to re-enable the auto table activation feature. Remember, red highlight = active for input by the keyboard shortcuts. yellow = action necessary.

Anyway you could add a feature to bring the mouse near the action keys of the table needing attention? That would make this software rival the other big ones out there, certainly all the AHK scripts.

Or, another wish list item: kind of like TableNinja or Poker Shortcuts, have a mouse-free kind of environment where you could just use keyboard shortcuts because the tables needing action would always come up on top (& be active) and thus the keyboard buttons woudl work without haveing to deal with a mouse at all.

Otherwise, GREAT job! I'd give you an A in my college class any day -- and that's coming from a former prof.

1) I'll add the mouse feature as an option, should be very little work to do that
2) mouse free environment already exists... the documentation explains this a little better. I might need to tweak it a little tho. Currently automatic table activation only happens when the current table was NOT maunally selected (by mouse / by ctrl+tab). I'll try to improve the documentation as well, but for now if tables are not automatically activating, just press the tab button once and auto-activation will commence.
3) Thanks! (off topic but which subject did you teach?)

Hey everyone, just added a couple new features for the highlighting mode. More to come soon.

Still working on making sure every operating system is fully supported. I have not yet had a report of anyone having trouble. If anyone cant get PC 1.2.2+ running on xp/vista/7, please let me know.

Thanks

not too sure if this is related to the app, but since it never happened before, I assume it is.

I just played in an sng (FTP) and when I was done I clicked the popup that came up "no" (the one that asks you if you wanna play another one) everything closed, the lobby came back to the desktop and from then on I could not interact with anything on the desktop. If I tried to click "x" on any windows, it just did not register. If I tried to right click any of the windows in the task bar, the small menu appeared and disappeared just as fast. I was not able to interact with any of it. Not to sure what it could be, just reporting.

Also, in the sng, the red banner at the top did not update the info. It stalled at the blind level I opened the app at.

I use vista.

I will keep an eye out for the issues you have reported. They may or may not be related to the app, but if they are I will certainly fix them. Also, I have not yet had time to test the app heavily on any software other than xp, and only a little on windows 7.

I would like to know, did you have any other games open when this happened or only the full tilt lobby?

As for the SNG title bar, the behavior you see is as expected, I have not developed the app for SNGs yet, mostly for cash only. I will get to fixing this eventually, but it is not a pressing concern.

I'd really like to try your software, unfortunately it crashes all the time whatever I do, no matter the version (XP SP2). However, I have few suggestions because I use to 12 to 16 table NL SH on FT. If I'm right you play on FT so basically all you have to do for cash game (idk for MTT and s&g) is "replicate" what FT Shortcuts used to do, some functions of PS Table Ninja, and a feature of PokerPad AHK Script:

- allow a maximum of opened tables you can change
- automated click yes/no when waiting list message appears, yes for insta full buy-in
- auto wait for blinds
- highlighter
- auto move mouse on active table
- toggle PF actions
- automated street bets with a XBB + 1 / limper
- fixed bets hotkeys
- activate next pending action table hotkey
- click time bank of course
- OSD 1 on FT SHortcuts
- auto click yes when you sit out / close table
- sit out next BB

- ...

- to finish a very usefull function I had on PokerPad script, a sit in / out all hotkeys. In fact it was much more than that. I multitable and do table selection at the same time so I use to sit out and leave seat without closing table because my position is bad but very profitable to play at another position. Since tables are overlapped when PokerPad script wasn't broken I used to click on sit in all hotkey wich would deal me in on all tables AND also put me on waiting list on all other tables!!! . So i could sit out to wait for a better position and let thoose tables getting overlapped because hotkeys could deal me in or put me on waiting list. In consequence no inactive table in the background.

If you can programm without bugs or slowdowns, a lot of players would pay any price.

Hope that makes sense, sorry for my english level.

I had no other games running at the time, so once I closed that game it was just the lobby that came to focus.

ya, the title bar thing is not too big of an issue to me, just pointing it out.

Also, if you could throw in an option to keep the lobby "closed" or "open" that would be sweet.

so far this is really close to exactly what I was looking for though. nice work sir.

I believe full tilt has an option called 'bring lobby to front' that will keep the lobby closed if you minimize it. I apoligize for the few bugs that exist, I will spend this weekend trying to hammer out any possible loophole where a bug could exist (there are a few that I suspect might exist but havent bothered to fix because the probability of an error actually happening is miniscule.)

hey, no sweat. I understand it is a work in progress and I appreciate anything that can be done. this program (when 100% done) will likely save my life.....or at least make it a whole lot easier.

There are a lot of people who play strictly SNGs. If you could implement the SNG opener feature, that would be huge! And I'm sure you would have quite a few generous donations. Thanks for all the effort!

Does the increment bet up/down also work with the mouse wheel scroll? as i can't get full tilt's bet slider mouse wheel scroll to work and this feature with betpot is broke for me too.

something I just noticed, the bet increment does not go past +1bb for me. even then it sometimes will just randomly flucuate between a min raise (+1bb) and a call. Not oo sure why, just reporting.

meaning the kestroke assignments? yes. I have

call/fold/raise (n1/n2/n3)

increase (n4)
decrease (n5)

I was not too sure what to do with the other two columns of key assignments, so I just made them all (1)
