Neither would the average rich person, obviously. Everyone is getting richer on average, obviously. People work more, buy more things, maybe save a little, and get richer. And of course, technology advances. That's not the point, though. The rate of increase in lifestyle for the median worker in 1970 was higher than it is now. I mean, if I get laid off from my job and take another one for half the salary, I'm still getting richer than I was at the time I was fired, and technology is still advancing. It still represents a vast inequality if the rate at which the rich can increase their wealth is skyrocketing while the rate at which the median worker can increase his or hers is falling despite being more productive.

I wasn't going to make it that high though. I was going to offer 500 dollar max bet, so something like 2-1 or 3-1. But still, you should win easily. No one in the GOP field has a prayer against Obama except Romney, and he's going to probably get mopped up by the group who ran the best campaign in history.

Obama/Hillary was exciting to watch in '08 but the general was decided early. Still cool to watch the first Black man to be elected and Obama was such a rock star. It's safe to say that 2012 will not be as electric but I would be surprised if it doesn't go down to the wire.

There looks like there is going to be a long line on this, but I'll take 3:1 on Obama not winning.
