Funny story about Fox's Saturday night Greg Gutfeld show...

It was probably about a year ago when Stephen Miller and Jim Acosta got into it in the WH briefing room over the rich/white/smart screening being proposed for legal immigrants. It was the weekend after that exchange and Gutfeld was showing the video to his guests and their studio audience.

Acosta quoted the Statue of Liberty and pushed back on how speaking English was a strong requirement of the new policy. "What are we gonna do, only allow people from the UK and Australia to come in??"

Miller puts on this fake outrage voice and starts strawmanning him hard. "I. Am. Shocked! That you even THINK those are the only two countries that speak English sets me back, and clearly shows your ignorance of both immigration and geography..." blah blah until the clip ends.

Gutfeld says to everyone "See? Now there's a man who knows how to win! You can tell he doesn't even believe what he's saying...but he won! That's how it's done folks."

And the audience cheered.

I always enjoy when people have had enough and throw a little HEAT. Would a Player Haters Ball thread work in politics?
