Have you talked to anyone at Trump's lawyer's law firm about Mueller investigation?

Kavanaugh: Not I can remember but I don't know everyone who's at law firm. (This is the intellectually honest answer.)

Kamala: So who did you talk to?

Kavanaugh: Uh.... (like wtf is he supposed to say? Who in the legal field hasn't talked about Mueller to a pile of people?)

Kavanaugh tried to sound as respectful as humanly possible but seriously I would have just snapped and asked: how many people have you spoken to about Mueller? How do you know none of them works at xxxx law firm? C'mon. You're not that stupid.

Eh, I don't know what she was trying to accomplish. If she was trying to get him to commit to a lie, she didn't quite get there. If she was really asking for the benefit of pressuring someone else, the connection to something that happens next might not be obvious.

Kamala wanted Kavanaugh to commit to saying that he never talked to anyone from Trump's lawyer's law firm about Mueller.

That's just stupid. Nobody in this thread remembers everyone he/she's talked to and we sure as hell don't know who everyone we talked to works for.

Hell, for all we know some of the posters in this thread works for Trump's lawyer's firm.
