It's amazing the grudges snowflakes will carry with them for decades about anyone that doesn't tell them they're special.

Trump raffling off breakfast seats for a meal with him in New York. Have to donate a minimum of three dollars to get a chance to be selected to be one of the lucky attendees.

It would be awesome if a never-Trumper won a seat. Problem is you'd be giving Trump money and there's no way the drawing isn't fixed.

It looks like someone photoshopped Barron's hand on him or something.

So Trump is legit bragging about a sub 50% approval rating?

That's like Jeff Fisher bragging about his team being 7-9.

There's a great deal of concern about extraditing anyone to the USA. That's not to do with any particular case.

lol at "some people think numbers could be in the 50s". I mean, some numbers are in the 50s, that's true enough.

BTW- It's hilarious Trump set a trap up for himself with that Tweet. As soon as Rasmussen shows him down in the 30's, he's gonna face a new round of questions. I mean, yea, it won't matter and he'll lie anyway, but still.

I was referring to your lawmakers specifically commenting about that case when Assange first took refuge.

Folks, it's 32% on Rasmussen and 25% on this other poll and 23% on this other poll. That's 80% approval overall! I don't remember Obama polling in the 80s, that's for sure.

one of trumps big things is bragging about polls and this is the best one hes had in six months.

I'd make a point to steal 10x value of what I spent on the seat raffle

The whole Wikileaks debate is one of those things the right wing and deplorables are going to eventually win on. You've got a divided left and woke foreign policy leftists types, and plenty of people who are like Greenwald but not Greenwald (I'd even count myself among them) that have long recognized Wikileaks (and their likely soft ally Putin) is a foil for the American empire and have celebrated them in that way. It's pretty clear Assange is a clown muppet but if the other side of the debate is America's Bush era foreign policy cognoscenti and Hillary Clinton style Democrats, well, Wikileaks troll factory has been a lot better impeding and being a thorn in the side of America's global aggressive foreign policy than the American left has frankly.

So I'm not sure this is going to really rally a united front on the left here, even if we all agree Assange is a joke and Wikileaks are just a bunch of trolls. In sum: some of the left isn't going to be stirred by America First narratives.

The deplorable right is going to shamelessly defend them so long as they're in Trump's corner and doing hit jobs on the globalist elites.

Democrats, liberals, centrists who embrace the whole 'see, see, Wikileaks betrayed us!' are going to discover the norms about who exactly is included in the "us" there is not quite as large a circle in the Venn diagram as they thought and then have their jimmies rustled that it turns out no one cares because they're not playing the same kind of game as everyone else. The right has embraced transnational warfare on behalf of preserving and accumulating capital and other authoritarian interests, their elites are more and more wedded to rent seeking and hording, the left is sort of fumbling around but just savvy enough not to sign up for Cold War II, and the centrist liberals and NeverTrumpers are the last guys on top of the hotel in Saigon refusing to get onto the Air America helicopter as it leaves the Westphalian system and mixed metaphors and historical allusions forever.

Better to hit Trump with a message all Americans can understand

Donald Trump has ended a marathon trip to Asia by skipping an international summit after the event was delayed by about two hours.

The White House had added the East Asia Summit, an annual meeting of more than a dozen countries, to the president’s schedule after concerns were raised that missing it might signify a lack of US interest in Asia.

However, after a gruelling 12-day trip across five countries, Trump opted to get on Air Force One and fly back to Washington. His flight left more than 30 minutes earlier than planned and he also missed a group photo with other world leaders.
LOL what a low energy beta

Also I swear I didn't read Greenwald's tweet storm before my post but his response ("Wikileaks is anti-American by nature") was entirely predictable.

Anyone know what Orange's big upcoming announcement is?

Lewandowski on with Cuomo. That's gotta be an actor doing Michael Scott. No way that's a real person.

The ambassador stuff is hilarious and the the "challenge the election" stuff is gross and corrupt, but what might bring down Assange is this:

Quote:
“A PAC run anti-Trump site putintrump.org is about to launch,” WikiLeaks wrote. “The PAC is a recycled pro-Iraq war PAC. We have guessed the password. It is ‘putintrump.’
wherein he admits to hacking a website and passing it on to the Trump campaign. This is clearly a criminal act.

That interview was amazing. Even for Trumpland.

At one point, Trump offered to extradite a Philippine fugitive in the United States. “Do you want him back?” Trump asked, according to Roque. The U.S. president added: “I will send him back because I know you follow the rule of law.”
