We will just keep what we have here, thanks.

It might not work out so bad if you write your constitution so Arnold can finally be President.

Seems a lil unnecesarry in the nuclear age. For nuclear powers as advanced as us it seems the only real use for a huge military is for influence globally. It's not like you can invade and take over an advanced nuclear power because of MAD.

I mention advanced because places like NK could probably have most of their stuff taken out pretty quickly.

Why the feck are they letting the 90 day go into action if it has only been ruled unconstitutional thus far by the lower courts?
06-26-2017 , 02:48 PM
They're probably sending a message that the lower courts got it wrong, at least in the initial injunctions.

William C. Bradford lol

Not that the Office of Indian Energy is a key post or anything, but still. Are any of these people vetted at all?

We're a bunch of jerkoffs, aren't we?

It means what they want it to mean. Words don't matter

And that's just if he's only incompetent and corrupt.

The even worse case scenario is that he's an active Russian agent. Either because he's compromised or because he just thinks Putin is cool beans.

When the Supreme Court ruled that the president has wide discretion over national security issues, did they take into consideration that THIS particular president lies about important issues like national security 84% of the time? Or that he's still bringing criminals and security risks into his daily presidential-level security briefings?

I meant for the actual act of succession. I assume if it were actually tried that the federal government would send the military to California to occupy it and force it to stay in the Union.

Cal, Nev, Wash, Oregon...all secede in a United Western States accord...maybe Hawaii jumps on board...

Is there even any doubt?

You see, Trump could have been a useful idiot last year. But that ship sailed. Now that he's been POTUS for 5 months, and has been publicly and actively colluding with Russia the whole time, WTF is the hold up?
06-26-2017 , 04:23 PM
****, if they try it while Trump is president he might just nuke LA.
06-26-2017 , 04:25 PM
Kasich against the health bill...
06-26-2017 , 04:26 PM
CBO says 22M would lose insurance by 2026 under Senate bill.
06-26-2017 , 04:31 PM
CBO: Senate GOP health-care bill would leave 22 million more people uninsured by 2026

i wonder if trump is legitimately personally surprised that the new bill is this mean, or if his comments about it being too mean was just showmanship.

but he could be stupid enough to think republicans could actually get more people covered. we'll watch his reaction to see just how dumb he really is
06-26-2017 , 04:36 PM
I'm going with him calling it fake, then blaming Obama.
06-26-2017 , 04:39 PM
15 million NEXT YEAR. Holy ****.
06-26-2017 , 04:39 PM

Math? How do it work?

If this happened, the northeast would be next. No ****ing way we want the United States of Jesusland to have even MORE influence on us.

Don't worry John Stewert and jimmy Kimmel will host a bike race to demand all democrats and republicans put aside petty conflicts and come together to solve healthcare in 2018.

I hope the the People's Republic of Westlandia has a very generous policy towards political refugees from the US.
06-26-2017 , 04:53 PM
If it looks like it's going to happen I think the pro move is to get there before it becomes official.
