I think you mean The Narrative.

I agree with Fly that, in my opinion, racism is widespread/rampant among police. And ofc this issue far transcends shootings, as our justice system includes infinite examples of unequal treatment. Convicted white rapist gets 6 months ...got it, okay.

The big question here is what can we do about it? We can talk and chit chat all we want but what do you guise opine an actual plan to fix this for American society at large would look like? What policies? Accountability?

Also, where did all these stormfront posters come from?

Legalizing all drugs would be a good start.

lol this dude trying to get all intellectual.

AMERICA is collectively racist, kid. Sorry to be the one to break this to you? Real ****ing black mark on your education that it took some ******* on the internet to introduce you to the very basics.

Oh, there's absolutely no question white people get away with crimes that black people don't.

Did you think that was some sort of laughable gotcha? Man, get out of the ****ing bubble.

You'd think after getting a reprieve for what should've been a ban for citing ****ing white supremacist propaganda i run bad would've sat back and re-evaluated some **** he believes, but nope, now he just restates those same arguments without including the links to where he got it. ****ing transparent.

I have to disagree with President Obama when downplays the amount of racial divide in the USA.

http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=a32_1468129070

a possible BLM supporter screaming "KILL ALL THE WHITE BABIES" to a white person.

even worse are the comments below the video.

I hope the country survives the election season and will come together under the new president, whoever that might be.

None of the are are black so they won't be The Most Divisive President Ever. Just regular jack booted coming for your guns, going to institute Tyranny kind.

LOL self reporting surveys as a source for drug use.

Assuming you haven't heard about the pope rapes that went on for decades and the police knew. Assuming you haven't heard of the affluenza case. Assuming you haven't heard of the guy who just got 6 mos for rape. Their is a definite bias in the justice system that leads to these skewed numbers.

White people have just as many guns and just as many drugs in their communities, but the police aren't as aggressive.

Funny you bring up 70% of black people commit robbery in New York. Isn't that where Wall Street stole millions of dollars from people during a recession where people were losing houses and 401Ks, but executives were getting multi million dollar bonuses? Oh were they prosecuted? Umhm. Oh and the big pharmaceutical companies that denied care to dying people? Umhm. Or the guys that come up with new pharmaceuticals just to make quick buck, but kill people and babies because their drug wasn't tested thoroughly enough. Umhm

When people are blinded by what goes on in the real world it is easy to listen to any narrative of who the bad guy and your enemy is.

If you are white, you are more likely to be affected negatively by Wall Street or insurance companies, but be scared of black people because they are the ones who will kill you and rob you.

Thats cute and all, but i clearly asked for VIOLENT crime stats. So unless you consider weed possession to be a violent crime, your point is moot. Furthermore, if you think marijuana possession makes up a significant portion of blacks in prison, lol you. What you will find is that a very small % are there for solely drug possession. The vast majority have other violent/more serious criminal offences to go along with said drug possession. Also like others have mentioned, the graph is based on self reporting, and it doesnt give the context of arrests. My hunch is that it doesn't account for criminal record for example.

Maybe this will the irunbad post that convinces us that the white supremacist websites he visits are correct, black people are violent dangers to society.

White people are just much better at crime.

Those cases seem to be more about the wealth and status of the individual, and less about the race of the individual. There have been many black athletes charged with major crimes who have gotten away completely or light sentences. Guys like Anthony Mason, charged with raping two girls (14 and 15) got 200 hours of community service, Kobe, OJ Simpson etc.

Kobe didn't rape that girl and OJ Simpson had black people on his jury. If OJ had a white jury he would be convicted.

No big deal. Changing those laws would certainly change nothing in regard to the relationship between law enforcement and the poor and minorities.
