Back to the post I'm responding to: chill out dude. It's a game bro. Foreign aid is just a politically acceptable way to hand your money out to American weapons and oil companies. Like those caveats for stunt animals in movies, rest assured no actual foreigners were helped out with this aid.

Lol exept for the part were all of that is totally unacceptable as well.
