Is it 7 on 7 Orange?? I play in a league that is 5 on 5, lil more wide open then 7 on 7, but we play on a smaller field.

As for the plays, you generally don't need much.

Put together a series of crossing routes if you are seeing man, and vs Zone run some flood patterns.

Biggest key is vs man your players need to be on the move running away from their man, while vs zone they need to keep their eyes open and find the holes in the zone.

If you want PM the rules to your league, and I can put some stuff together for you tomorrow while I am bored at work.

Games are much faster paced, and put a premium on Athletic ability. QB's only have 5 secs to get rid of the ball, or it's a Sack, and the field is quite a bit smaller than your regulation field so you learn to use the boundary as your friend.

But yeah the league is def. set up to foster a lot of points/offense.....really not a whole lot of fun to have 14-7 games now is it??
