Nath vs anacardo is one of the most entertaining things in OOT, I would hate to see one of them be pushed out due to survivor.

(I'm pretty mystified as to why this is or what this is even really all about. All I know is, every private conversation (a few) that I've ever had with nath has turned, very quickly and usually with no obvious prompting, into an aggressive referendum on his awesomeness. He'd go on about what an amazing journey his life is and how well his master plan is going, with the clear implication that I should be scribbling notes and just taking this all in uncritically. Now, I don't know about the rest of you, but I just write people like this off as a matter of course - I guess it might be unfairly prejudiced of me somehow but **** on me if I can see how. So my only working theory, is that he just can't stand this not being taken seriously, but I'm not gonna push that thought very hard b/c it's pretty queer.)

This flatly isn't true. These conversations usually go more like this:

A: "Why do you say X, Y, Z?"
N: "Because that's what my experience has taught me and I feel that. Don't you?"
A: "No. Please indulge my capacity for verbosity and argument by trying to make all your life experiences make logical sense to me."
N: "I have better things to do, like have those experiences."

(Sometimes I try for a little while first, but I usually give up.)

Anyway, any "boasting" I did was in an attempt at encouragement, since I do feel Cardo would be happier if he opened his mind to trying to new things, but he seems too prone to write them off. Of course, even suggesting that to him gets him to prickle, since who am I to presume I know who he is etc. etc. People aren't all that different, my friend.

And my life has been an amazing journey. Sorry yours sucked or whatever. Well, as long as your attempts to screech me down help you feel better.

I would consider Cardo a friend, but basically everything Nath has said is spot on in terms of the difficulties of having a debate with Cardo.

Cardo has a really weird dislike for Nath that seems mostly based on his overall contempt for the concepts of confidence and self esteem and his belief that nath is pretty much an ******* for possessing either. Thou shalt not respect thyself if Cardo dost not respect you first, ico.

A survivor would be dumb, because losing either would be ****ty.

I think the OOT battle of the tards I proposed in another thread would be more amusing.

I think before any surviver b/w these two gets going we need to make a poll on how many people in this thread have actually ALL the words in one of cardo's long winded posts.
