There has to be a nearby bar. Or use Google maps and search date or something should find some places.

Even a nice restaurant as opposed to a true bar should have a good setting.

The race thing is what it is. Mostly has to do with perceived lower status of minorities in general. Which is why women are in general more race-choosy than men (high status is more important for a man to have than a woman obv)

It's hard to feel like you're missing out on anybody noteworthy though when you realize those same women would have insta passed up on a young Obama and young Ivey due to status perceptions of all things.

Doesnt really come down to race for a lot of those I'd say right ? For me its more tone of the skin, I havnt ever dated a non white woman yet and wouldnt really intend to.

Personally, I like certain types of women more. I would date any race if they were hot enough. I think what it comes down to with certain races my range is much wider. I'm more turned off by things like smoking, drug problems, weight problems, intelligence issues, serious family problems, religious fanatic..

Def the case for many ppl, some are just sexually attracted to a particular race more, whether that be their own or another. but I don't think it's the reason for most of those "strongly prefer to date my own race" Yes's

Really? SF has a pretty low black population. Ime when there's a low population of a group it makes them a hot commodity and more desirable
