You should probably do a cost-benefit analysis before putting up the two websites. If the websites cost you $3k each and then you'll likely get sued in small claims court for $10k each, this whole endeavor could cost you $26k. Caveat: I don't know your financial position so maybe it's still worth it to you

Have you tried asking if there's a non-monetary settlement that Fubster would accept in lieu of cash payment in return for taking the website down? Maybe you can be his butler for a month or something to work off the remaining debt.

You do recall that he was up a bunch of money and you tried to put it all on an imaginary bookie that "disappeared" so you wouldn't have to pay him? You're honestly lucky that you're not in legal trouble for all of this.
