I never posted any "rape fantasies". I dont even have rape fantasies. Thats absurd. I would never do that to anyone.

I posted some jokes on a forum of literally 14 people and they took them out of context and tried to use them as real statements.

A beast is totally right about that website, though. It shouldn't have even minimal commentary with words like "rape fantasies", it should just be straight quotes of actual beast posts.

IIRC, the judge gave Babs a lot of help with this. He clearly outlined to him how there was a difference between posting facts and posting opinion, and explicitly asked Babs if the sexual predator comment was a fact or opinion. Babs misunderstood the advice and responded that it was a fact and then went on an off-topic rant.

I think it boils down to the fact that the judge couldn't possibly verify all of the claims on the website. What he COULD verify was that you admitted that at least some of the statements on the website are indeed direct quotes of statements you have made. You were unable to prove that any of the statements were not made by you.

Given the short amount of time available for these cases, and the fact that you did a terrible job of framing your case, the judge basically said "I don't know if all of that stuff is true but it sounds like it probably is". Case dismissed.
