This. Judge Broderick kept lobbing suggestions as to where a real case could be made, and the plaintiff thought them to be distractions in his epic rant. I doubt Judge Broderick will now feel the need to delve deeper in this case which already has proven to be a burden with more than 35 observers, a giggling defendant, a ranting plaintiff and a witness that Judge Broderick did not think to be particularly interesting.
