Yeah that looks amazing. There is a new location that opened near me that I haven't been to and it gets 2.2 stars on Google. Definitely will not be going to that location ever.

I really like Popeye's wings, but I hate that goop they drop them into. Far better without any sauces imo. Small ime, but quite good.

Reminds me of when I had a smoking hot roommate, and doing laundry. The dryer still had her stuff in it, and when I mentioned it she just said "take it out". It was full of microscopic tiny thongs. Yikes.

I had a Wendy's Spicy Chicken sandwich yesterday from a historically pretty good spot. It definitely had a nice amount of kick. I was satisfied.

New world record for me, Mickey cheeseburger and small fries, $9.09 total. No drink.

In Wickenburg, small town in AZ on the way back from Vegas. $4.39 for the cheeseburger, $3.99 for the fries.

Treated myself to a shake shack longish lunch on a slow holiday week work day. Grabbed a smokeshack burger ($8.99), spicy cheese fries ($5.69), and a christmas cookie shake ($6.79).

Smokeshack burger comes with cheese, bacon and chopped cherry peppers. It was good, but a little on the small side - internet tells me it's a 4oz patty but I'd say it felt a little smaller than a Dave's single. The cherry peppers were noticeably cold, and would have been better at room-temp. I enjoyed it, no doubt, but I wouldn't go out of my way to pay $9 for one.

Spicy cheese fries were tasty. The spice blend was good and overall the fries had a lot of flavor. Again I thought the portion seemed on the smallish side, for $6 I'd love a large size fries.

Christmas cookie shake definitely had a distinct flavor that was different than vanilla. Blindfolded I probably would have guessed birthday cake rather than xmas cookie, but either way it was good and creamy. High quality.

In all the meal was good, I enjoyed each piece of it and together. And, I'm definitely not hungry anymore, if not outright stuffed. But, it was $26 and change after leaving on the default 10% tip option. I would much rather pay $15 for a menu price baconater, fries and frosty from Wendy's than $26 for this. I'd also rather pay $13 for a burrito or bowl at Chipotle than $26 here. If my powerball ticket comes in then I'd be happy eating here regularly, but until then I think once every year or two sounds about right.

Edit: I want to add a pic but tapatalk won't load :-/

A little late, but I achieved a fast food goal and tried Culver's twice while visiting family in AR over Thanksgiving. On the first trip I did the Culver's Deluxe with mayo and mustard; the second I had the fried pork loin sandwich; I also got a bite of the fried shrimp which my dad got. For sides, at various times tried fries, onion rings, pretzel bites and of course cheese curds. Then tried a few flavors of custard and a concrete with marshmallow and cherry.

The burger (poorly pictured) was good. It's most similar to Wendy's Dave's Single/Double out of the big 3, and it tasted like the very tippy-top range of a Wendy's Dave's - I say that as a compliment, as Wendy's hits it out of the park when they do it right. The beef was good and hot, and the produce was all very nice and fresh and added a lot to the experience.

The pork sandwich (not pictured) was absolutely a winner, hot and juicy and crispy and flavorful. Obviously not something you can order anywhere else, and a very decent way to spend lunch. The fried shrimp were pretty darn good too.

Don't remember much about the fries and onion rings. Cheese curds were good, about what I expected. Pretzel bites were my favorite side I tried, soft and warm and very good.

Ice cream/custard was high quality too, we particularly liked the special lemon/berry flavor-of-the-day we got one of the days.

Overall very much enjoyed getting to try it and am glad I went, and would happily go back if given the chance. But, it wasn't life-changing by any stretch, and I wouldn't make a special point for visiting when near one.

Yumm.

That burger reminds me that Wendy's has a 1 cent JBC in the app for the next few days.

Also today, I went to Nobu's for my daughters 21st birthday. It was a fantastic treat but the $600 bill could cover quite a pile of fast food burgers. lol
