Hey guys. Just got back about 20 minutes ago. It is currently 6:30. This is what the video consists of: 8 field goals were kicked. 4 from 50, 2 from 55 and 2 from 60. All kicks were made with the standard 3 step drop with no tee.

This video has no cuts/ edits (the entire footage is raw) so there are a few breaks in between kicks.

The video is currently being uploaded via youtube. The file size is rather large so it is going to take some time to upload. Expected to finish uploading by the end of the night. Check back regularly.

The ball is held about 8 Yards away from the Defense lineman and assume a lineman can jump about 9 Ft into the air. Make him get the ball up at that angle so evey kick cant get blocked. Then make it do it timed to demonstrate a real field goal. It sounds like the kid has a strong leg but there is more to it then that.

Nobody is saying he's an NFL pro-bowler tomorrow. And no, most NFL kickers do not blast FG's on kickoffs. To the back of the end end zone is really good.

If he can legitimately make 60 yarders right now then he can easily play D1 college ball, and potentially for a really good team. And its not even close. Some D1 teams have a crappy kicker who can't get it past the 15 on kickoffs. Op's guy is supposedly knocking it over the crossbar from 60 yards out

LOL if you don't think that's really really good or you think there are a ton out there who can do the same.

For some reason, that line decreased the chances of this being real by a substantial amount. Hopefully it's legit or a genuinely funny troll setup.

Really elaborate rickroll. A couple years late but good effort.

I've watched kickers warm up at NFL games for years and damned few of them can make 9/10 from 60 in practice. Being able to make kicks in clutch situations is huge, but someone who can hit 50% from 60 yards is way on the end of the bell curve. Especially considering he has had virtually zero coaching. Unless of course its a giant level.

Average Premier League salary (soccer) is £1.16million a year (which is almost the highest rugby salary. Average rugby salary in Eviva is £85,000. Also endorsements are huge for soccer stars and pretty much nothing for rugby guys. Dan Carter is probably the only one who gets significant dollars from ads.

Just to continue the previous derail... are rugby "uprights" aka the crossbar the same height from the ground as usa football uprights? Also, in the second video posted itt it appears the guy kicking the 66m kick is kicking off of a tee. Is that standard? Even from say 20 m? Or maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me. Sorry for my lack of knowledge.

Oh, and didn't op say he was waiting for the video to load on youtube?

Both are the same. 18' 6" across with a 10' crossbar, although the poles on rugby uprights are much taller than football for easier judging.

Yes, all penalty kicks/PAT's in rugby are done from a tee.

Kickoffs are done with a drop kick, or punt.

You're allowed to drop kick a penalty too, but it's rare nowadays.

OK,

single mom from Italy emigrates to the US of A with her 17 year old son, who has never seen a school from the inside. What is this, 1917?

You might give him a better chance at success in life by asking him to hide a stash of guns for you. Maybe later you can take him to some rich guy's house and steal some ****. Just an idea...

Interesting. Never knew that. Can't think of any reason to drop kick a penalty kick but cool to know you can.

Wat? Most of that is from endorsements/advertising.

He plays MLS. There are countless footballers that are paid salaries many times that of Bekhams.

I noticed that too — he should have left that sentence out. Though that entire post reeks — what youtube uploader would ever think his video would be up "by the end of the night" (when that was many hours away).

And now with him not showing up, it's pretty well confirmed. I certainly hope a ban is in the offing once it's 100%.
