I have a tattoo buddy who has been doing tats for roughly 15 years. I asked him one day his limits. 1) He will not do faces, although he did do a face because he thought the guy was a total ****er so he did what he wanted ..ha.. 2) WILL NOT SPELL CHECK FOR YOU. He will not and does not spell check any words because he won't take responsibility for you being a dumb ****. If it's obvious, he will say something but he won't take the time to look it over.

Sadly, he says he has done plenty of spelling errors. Some even come back and blame him.

Yeah that's such a huge job for tattoos that could sometimes run over ten words. Aint nobody got time for that. **** the customer amirite?

I'm going to guess it's more because the intersection of anyone who works in a tattoo parlor and anyone who knows basic grammar is a very small set.

Im with that guy, if you want to put something permanent on your body, and you dont give enough of a **** to figure out the correct grammar/spelling, why the **** should i? I didnt go to school to be an english major, hell given im doing tattoos, I prolly didnt even finish school.
