BTW, I just ordered his book Drawing Dead. It sounds good and one very good ways to get intimate with another person's consciousness is to read their writing.

It’s sounds like what many other cities have already started doing. Some just use more stern language to get the point across.

No you don’t get a citation for going outside lol. You can go get ice cream at the McDonald’s drive thru or go for a jog when ever you want. Restaurants are takeout only etc. Shopping malls and movie theaters will close. Basically, it does enough to get the message through to most reasonable people that you shouldn’t be outside in big groups.

I know what I have been told by the roommates which is she is "always on vacation" and very cut and dry with her attitude toward helping them fix things for the house. Maybe shes wealthy maybe she isn't but nevertheless it seems everybody else is ****ed on collecting a paycheck except landlords and medical workers right now. No, I am not going to leave my roommates high and dry, I'm not a bastard.

Also, they are now down with the idea that she is bluffing and theres no way anybody is moving into this house with what is going on so we can eiither work something out with her or go find something else for a better deal. If it was that or paying I'd lean toward paying and telling landlord ya'll need to figure out a payment plan or some relief right now.

The government needs to get its **** together with this. IMO this is the biggest fear for everyone who is jobless right now. Not the illness, but the fact they have no income and bills piling up imminently. Put everybody at ease and say ALL bills are suspended and will not have to be made. Somebody is gonna get screwed but you can't have 50 million workers who live paycheck to paycheck out on their ass because their landlord is expecting 3 months of backpay in July because now they have to make good on all that rent. It isn't going to work.

It says the president is going to declare martial law at some point this weekend after all of the military and 1st responders are in place. I’m sure it’s BS but as my friend and I were saying, eventually it may have to happen to get people to listen

Does Martial law basically mean the Military takes over the city to enforce people not walking around needlessly, like not shopping for grocery, etc. or grouping up?

I thought about it last night....Trump is *slowly* making his move to delay the election so he gets to stay in power. He declared himself a "wartime president" yesterday...it is going to happen folks. Whether it is warranted or not this is what he has been hoping for all along.

I got a date tomorrow where I'm going to her house to cook for her...its the 3rd! date. So, I don't give a **** even though I'm all for everybody staying home, I'm going damnit!

He's just summarizing the Imperial report that's been posted in this thread a few times. Yeah it sucks. Maybe we get a summer pause or better treatment miracle. Or China and S. Korea lead the way to keeping some things open and some normalcy. Otherwise we're in a for a long 18 months.

If martial law is imposed, I think nationwide panic will happen immediately following the announcement, and everyone will then instantly go into me and mine mode.
