- The testing and tracing methods adopted in South Korea
- Mass testing of all individuals whether symptomatic or not (and quarantining anyone who tests positive plus immediate contacts)
- Beyond that, quarantining only those members of the population who are more at risk of complications or severe symptoms of the virus
- Efficient roll out of treatment drugs like Avigan than have proven effective in clinical trials
- And of course people should engage in routine hygiene and social distance practices that are not significantly invasive to daily life
