h1 fold turn, even if we hit our flush we can't be sure that our flush is the best hand, can't vbet with tpmk as well. or at least fold river, he isn't bluffing there most of the times. would def cut down on the spew.

My poker journey has been interesting. Ive learned a lot. still poor results. thrashing around at 5nl. still waiting to reach the tipping point where I know enough more than the average fish to destruct them.

QQ villain is 6/6 over 200 odd hands. 10% 3bet threw (sp?) me but you know, he only opens so few hands that 10% is probably just KK and AA. AJo hand is vs a very aggro guy I have about 100 hands on. the last hand I had already selected sit out all tables next bb.

QQ - definitely never folding vs cbet on Kxx .. Thats jus nitty as hell LOL

I have just had my first disasterous session. Took shot at NL10 and did well. Dropped back to NL5 though for a nice long session. Ended 8BI down (6 of run bad and 2 of tilt at the end with QQ and AKs AIPF (vs KK and AA obviously). NL10 winnings soften the blow a bit but will be back in NL5 for a long time yet to recover from that hit to my BR. Basically all my stats were the same as usual session except Win SD which was 36%! I've never seen the like of that as I'm pretty tight. Normally runs 57-65%. This was only 2k hands. If downswings last 20k plus hands I've not sure I will survive it. Another 10 sessions like that would have me quitting pokerz I think! Please just some run even. Not worried about run good but just not this for too much longer please!

The QQ n AKs hands mightve not been cuz of tilt, depending on villain stats that is.. U run into his KK but what if his stack off range was TT+,AQ+?

I dont know why ur putting only the QQ/AKs as tilt hands tho lol u were destined to lose a decent amount even if u got away or just called down to river or whatever
I think the 6 "run bad" bi are more where the tilt was

khan, I stealth edited that hands post while you were posting a reply to the original. Just so happens I mentioned the hands you commented on

I say they were tilt as usually they are not in my stack of range unless the opponent is a maniac. I had no read that they were mental but got into 3bet, 4bet, shove loops anyway. Not totally awful I guess to most players but out of character for me hence tilt. But yeah the QQ hand was on low flop so unlikely to have got away and the AK hand I made the straight but he hit set on the flop and boat on the river so again I'm not getting away from that anyway.

The other 6 was not me calling down light or opening wider. My PFR and VPIP was may standard 20/18/4 for 6 max. All other stats were the same as stated. Just got crushed by everything. I'm sure I was making mistakes but not more than usual I don't think. I'm on a session review now though to see how this can have happened. Will put some hands up in a sec.

you know, during a session if I played a hand I want to look at again, I just cut and paste it into notepad, add next hand at the end and so on. Might be worth a go.

I really can't find that many hands to show. Just lots of complete failures to hit flop and then getting bet into. Maybe could have defended more but was Zoom so really don't think was being exploited. I think they just had it.

This one is a straight forward cooler really I think with the short stack.

All villains are Zoom with little reads. Some pots you lose. The issue was that I won no decent pots so got death of 1000 cuts. The graph is just a straight down redline and blue line. Just need a break to take stock of this. I actually won more on before the rot started anyway so I'm only down like $15 for the day so not awful but thats due to $15 good hands before it all went downhill.
