This is a problem lots have I guess.
"Don't pay them off" is the mantra.
When you have the lead and bet 3/4 pot, 3/4 pot and then the 3rd suit comes and they donk shove or donk pot, it's a pretty easy fold.
But when you are OOP and they raise, you need to fold too I think.
When the flush comes and you know they could be chasing it, what do you do? Checking says you don't have it, but betting will get raised if they do.
Bet smallish, fold is the answer.
The problem I had is where they raise river and really unlikely straights came in.
Like I 3/4 pot, 3/4 pot, 3/4 pot and they raise and you think well what beats me? 46 would make a straight but nobody would call 3bet pre, then two 3/4 pot bets with 46, so I guess I'd better call.
46 sooted buddy! Never folding sooted cards pre, then chase that straight
